With the Mad Millie 15 Minute Sourdough Kit you receive a specialised culture, tools and instructions to make your daily loaf in less than 15 minutes of hands-on time – no kneading required!
In a bowl, simply mix together flour, artisan salt and the instant sourdough starter culture using the specialised dough whisk. Cover and allow to ferment and rise for around 20 hours before baking in a covered oven dish.
This irresistible bread has a beautiful crisp crust and light airy centre. Gobble it up with some fresh, homemade butter, olive oil, or your favourite bread toppings.

- Instant Sourdough Starter Culture (enough for up to 6 x 500 g loaves). Note: You can use one culture sachet to make a double batch of sourdough.

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse or factory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
