How to Use Women’s Nursing Tea:
For Hot Tea:
- Add 1 large teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water, allow to brew for 10-15 minutes.
- Drink tea hot or set aside to chill.
- The tea leaves can be re-brewed up to 3 times.
For Iced Tea:
- Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice.
- Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
