First invented thousands of years ago during the Bronze Age, this tool is still as popular today. The Homi (pronounced ‘hoe-mee’) means ‘little ground spear’. Popular in Korea and Japan, this true Korean Homi or Ho-mi hand hoe (plow) is hand forged in the traditional manner by master blacksmith Seok No-Ki. It features a swan neck and angled blade made from one piece of spring steel, and comfortable hazelwood handle. It is generally used as an extension of the hand for all types of tasks from digging and planting, to weeding and seed sowing.
